TWO2® Extremity Chamber
The TWO2® Extremity Chamber is the only therapy proven to heal wounds with a 6x lower recurrence rate over 12 months. As a result, TWO2 has been shown to reduce amputations by 71% in a real world evidence study.
The Extremity Chamber is available in two sizes, large and medium.
It can be used in conjunction with either conventional compression dressings (CCD) or UNNA boots.
It can also be used over total contact casts (TCC) when treating diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs).
Medium
The medium chamber easily accommodates wounds on the lower two thirds of the leg.
Large
The larger chamber is designed to fit over the patient’s knee, allowing treatment of larger limbs and venous leg ulcers (VLUs).
Instructions for Use
Oxygen
Higher pressure delivery of O2 results in greater tissue diffusion, critical to restoring normal wound metabolism, resulting in more effective and durable healing.
Compression
Applies non-contact cyclical compression, reducing edema and mobilizing blood and lymphatic fluids, thus enhancing oxygen diffusion and neovascularization.
Humidification
A fine particulate mist helps create an ideal level of humidity for effective wound healing.
