TWO₂® Extremity Chamber

The TWO₂® Extremity Chamber is the only therapy proven to heal wounds with a 6x lower recurrence rate over 12 months. As a result, TWO₂® has been shown to reduce amputations by 71% in a real world evidence study.

TWO₂® therapy is indicated for acute or chronic wounds.*

The Extremity Chamber is available in two sizes, large and medium. The medium chamber easily accommodates wounds on the lower two thirds of the leg. Meanwhile, the larger chamber is designed to fit over the patient’s knee, allowing treatment of larger limbs and venous leg ulcers (VLUs). The chamber can be used in conjunction with either conventional compression dressings (CCD) or UNNA boots. The chamber can also be used over total contact casts (TCC) when treating diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs).

The recommended Extremity Chamber treatment is 90 minutes, 4-5 days per week.***

*TWO2 is contraindicated for patients with acute thrombophlebitis or deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
