Our NEXA™ NPWT System is a multi-week, multi-patient, disposable Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) system that delivers many benefits of durable devices, with the flexibility of disposable systems.
The NEXA NPWT System is an integrated negative pressure wound management system for use in acute, extended and home care settings. The system applies a negative pressure to a sealed wound dressing and promotes wound healing through the removal of exudates into a disposable fluid container.

Simple
With no complicated interfaces or touchscreens, the NEXA System’s ultra-simple, one-button operation requires minimal training and reduces the potential for user error.
Accurate pressure control is built in, as the pre-set SmartFlow™ tubing connector constantly regulates negative pressure.
The NEXA System has a sleek, streamlined design with no maintenance required.
Portable
The NEXA System device is lightweight and small, ideal for mobile patients.
Included is a handy carrying case for patients on the go.
The battery lasts approximately 10 hours before recharging.
It has an easy to change, compact, lightweight pouch that collects fluid away from the wound.

Affordable
The NEXA NPWT System is designed to operate for up to 8 weeks (56 days or 1344 hours).
The usable hours are depleted only when the device is providing therapy.
Remaining hours can be used at your convenience on the next patient after a simple wipe down.
Disposable device eliminates servicing and maintenance costs.
Immediate availability with this off-the-shelf device that requires no tracking and incurs no runaway rental costs.
What is the NEXAdvantage?
The NEXA System has been developed to provide uncompromising negative pressure therapy for patients with chronic and acute wounds.
With a 56-day life span the device can be applied for use in the hospital and provide a seamless transition to another care setting without the need to change devices upon patient discharge.
We’ve re-invented NPWT.
Our NEXA NPWT System utilizes
three new innovations

Hydrodynamic Fluid Pump
The Hydrodynamic Fluid Pump works by manipulating the outer walls of the tubing – eliminating the risk of fluid contaminating the internals of the unit, making it possible to discard / replace the pump and use the device on more than one patient.
Benefits provided:
- Continues to remove fluid even in the presence of a minor dressing air leak
- Constantly, actively removes exudate from wounds, reducing potential for skin maceration
- Gradual and gentle foam compression / draw-down to help mitigate pain at start up
A new SmartFIow™ Connector
The patented SmartFlow™ Connector is located close to the wound. It maintains consistent negative pressure regardless of height variances between the device and dressing.
This innovative design feature eliminates the need for complex pressure monitoring sensors or feedback loops within the device, dressing, or tubing.

EcoPouch™ Fluid Container
A flexible Canister
Exudate is drawn away from the wound site into the separate, disposable, flexible EcoPouch™ Fluid Container with a 120ml capacity.
The EcoPouch™ Fluid Container requires much less shelf space and is manufactured with less plastic content than conventional rigid canisters.
