AOTI offers single use Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy products to allow therapy to be applied effortlessly to patients suffering with wounds at home and across a range of healthcare facilities. TWO2 therapy allows for targeted treatment utilizing cyclical pressurized oxygen applied directly to the wound site. TWO2 therapy delivers the highest Topical Oxygen Therapy (TOT) diffusion pressure gradient available, allowing for more durable healing of previously chronic non-healing and acute complex wounds, providing significant clinical, and quality of life and cost saving benefits.
TWO2 therapy is indicated for any type of acute or chronic wound, including: Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU), Venous Leg Ulcers (VLU), pressure ulcers, dehiscences, post surgical and burn wounds. Wounds that are both infected and/or ischemic can be successfully treated with TWO2 therapy, as the therapy helps to correct local tissue hypoxia, as well as the underlying problems caused by peripheral vascular disease, while maintaining an ideal moist wound healing environment.

Extremity Chamber
Multi-Patch
The TWO2 therapy Multi-Patch system is comprised of two major components: A single use Multi-Patch chamber and an oxygen source. An oxygen flow rate of ≈ 4 lpm applied into the chamber delivers 30 mb of non-contact pressure directly to the wound site, within a sealed and humidified environment. The resultant oxygen partial pressure diffusion gradient of close to 800 mmHg provides for maximum penetration of oxygen into the wounded tissue, penetrating even into indirect wounds, thereby stimulating healing at the deepest point of injury.
Before initial use, a Wound Care Consultant from AOTI, Inc. will set up the unit and walk those using the device each step on how to use it. Additionally, A dedicated team of customer service associates are here to help.
Each Extremity Chamber session is for 90 minutes, which take place 5 days a week. For the Multi Patch, each session is 60 minutes, 7 days per week. Patients complete their session while enjoying other activities such as reading, watching television, or the like. Pain reduction has often been reported, helping increase compliance by patients.
The ONLY therapy on the market proven to reduce amputations by 71%
Oxygen
Higher pressure delivery of O2 results in greater tissue diffusion, critical to restoring normal wound metabolism, resulting in more effective and durable healing.
Compression
Applies non-contact cyclical compression, reducing edema and mobilizing blood and lymphatic fluids, thus enhancing oxygen diffusion and neovascularization.
Humidification
A fine particulate mist helps create an ideal level of humidity for effective wound healing.
Oxygen
Higher pressure delivery results in greater tissue diffusion, upregulating wound metabolism, resulting in faster and more durable healing.
Compression
Non-contact, cyclical-compression helps to reduce edema and enhance peripheral vascular circulation and stimulate neovascularization.
Humidification
Assures an ideal wound healing environment for effective healing.
